Take-Two Interactive announced its net revenues for fiscal year 2015 came in at $1.7 billion USD. The company called the figure "strong," but the same period last year saw $2.4 billion in revenue.
Take-Two pointed out last year's launch of Grand Theft Auto V helped push its FY2014 figures. However, GTA V and Grand Theft Auto Online are still big money makers for the company.
Revenues for the year were pushed by Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, NBA 2K15, WWE 2K15, Evolve and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Digital offerings tied to GTA, NBA 2K15, Civilization, Evolve and Borderlands grew 42% year over year to $616 million.
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said Take-Two's strong fourth quarter revenues and "better-than-expected Non-GAAP profits marked an outstanding close to one of our company's best years ever."
