Assassin's Creed Players Have Spent Over 16,000 Years in Unity

Assassin's Creed Unity players have collectively played Ubisoft's open-world action game for an amount of time that rivals recorded history.

Logging over 16,000 years' worth of game time, an infographic released by Ubisoft notes that this is similar in age to the clay bison from the French Pyrenees, a primitive work of art estimated to also be approximately 16,000 years old.

Additionally, players have collectively assassinated over 4 billion high-profile game characters and killed over 8 billion non-player characters, most likely using the most popular in-game weapons like the Sword of Eden, the Pepper Shot, and The Foil.
