Sony Store Manager Claims the Company Could Stop Making Tablets

Sony's Made $1 Billion in Profit During Q4, but Still Losing Revenue in Mobile

Tablets made up just 5% of Sony Mobile’s revenue  in 2013 and the company might be withdrawing from the tablet market entirely. A blog post from a Sony store manager claims they received marketing material that suggests the company will not be manufacturing tablets anymore. While still not confirmed, it would make sense for Sony Mobile to cut back in areas that aren’t profitable enough for them.
