European Commission Sends Formal Antitrust Complaint to Google

The European Commission feels it isn’t fair for Google to require OEMs pre-install Google Search and Chrome as well as make Google the default search engine. They also don’t like Google is giving financial incentives to OEMs and mobile network operators. Lastly, they say Google is preventing OEMs from selling devices running on competing operating systems based on the Android open source code.
