Steve Ballmer, ex-CEO of Microsoft, wasn’t too thrilled about some of the comments from Microsoft’s shareholder meeting. Instead, he believes that these devices simply need to “run Android apps” because they’re lacking so many key applications that customers need on their smartphones.
