A new update to Google Fit enables it to track your eating habits and exercises better than ever. You can see real-time statistics of your walks; and while you’re running, Google Fit will record your speed, pace, route and elevation. Also, users of Google Fit with Android Wear devices can also record new strength training workouts like sit-ups, push-ups, and squats.
