Hearthstone's new adventure - Blackrock Mountain - begins later this week (April 2 in North America and April 3 in Australia, New Zealand and Europe), and yesterday Blizzard revealed the final 14 cards. We have now seen all 31 new cards and they break down to 18 class cards, 5 legendaries and 8 new neutral minions.

There are some really interesting new mechanics and ideas coming into play in this set, such as cards that have bonus effects when you have a dragon card in hand, cards and spells that cost less depending on how many minions have died on the turn they're played, and cards that have completely unique abilities. Just take a look at the new legendaries below (click for a larger image). Getting another copy of any card I draw? Reducing the cost of the cards in my hand at the end of my turn? Becoming Ragnaros? Adding random spells from my opponent's class?

The Witcher 3 is 200+ Hours Long

CD Projekt RED's next Witcher game is going to be a time sink.

Senior Game Designer Damien Monnier revealed on Twitter that the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will take players over 200 hours to finish if they "do everything".

The confirmation is unsurprising. Back in January, CD Projekt RED told us that it wanted to make an "open-world where there there were no boundaries. Where our artists could do whatever they wanted." It's also in step with the rumour that The Witcher 3 has a 50 GB install on PS4.

Someone Created a Walking Minecraft Robot

In case you needed another Minecraft spectacle to put your little dirt houses to shame, take a look at this massive attack robot by Cubehamster.

It's called Colossus, and not only is it equipped with "mini nuke cannons" and "tomahawk missile launchers," but it walks too. See it in action below.

Powered by pistons, slime blocks, and redstone, Colossus towers over villages, raining down destruction with you up at the helm. It took Cubehamster at least 50 hours to build, an effort that began last December.

Other features of the Colossus include: a reload system for its nuke cannons, a longbow missile system, a sky elevator and elevator docking bay, storage, and a start/stop engine.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 Adds Online Co-Op

Resident Evil Revelations 2's free update went through today, adding the much-anticipated online Raid Mode co-op and a few other tweaks as well.

It's currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Xbox One should receive the update "shortly," according to Capcom.

Before now, players were only able to play local co-op in Resident Evil Revelations 2's action-focused Raid Mode, via split-screen.

Nintendo Takes Down Super Mario 64 HD Fan Project

Nintendo's legal department is taking down a free fan project based on the first level of Super Mario 64.

According to Eurogamer, the game's creator, Erik Ross, said he used assets taken from official Mario games. He said, "All the art and animations were done by myself, with the exception of the Mario, Goomba, and Power Star meshes, which are ripped (without animations) from Super Mario Galaxy."

The takedown notice cites a copyright breach for "Nintendo's Super Mario 64 video game (U.S. Copyright Reg. No. PA0000788138), including but not limited to the audiovisual work, computer program, music, and fictional character depictions."

If you load up Google Maps right now and click the button in the bottom left corner, you can play a game of Pac-Man around your local streets.

As long as you have enough roads for it to make a decent game out of, it will work.

This isn't the first time Pac-Man has come to a Google service. In 2010, Pac-Man featured in a playable Google Doodle.

Might and Magic Heroes VII: Better Safe than Sorry

“It’s not innovation. We have no breakthrough features,” says Erwan Le Breton, Creative Director for Might & Magic Heroes VII. This might be an ominous introduction for many series, but it’s oddly reassuring for Heroes, entering its 20th year. The franchise has become something like The Simpsons of the turn-based fantasy strategy world: absolutely essential in the 1990s, wildly inconsistent in the 2000s, and reliably decent, if uninspiring in the 2010s. So hearing that the developers were taking advantage of having six installments of the franchise from which to take the best ideas was probably the best possible introduction to the newest game.

Le Breton describes the series as a “mix between chess and Pokemon,” but that may sell Heroes’ appeal short. At the strategic layer, you move your heroes with their armies around to capture mines, find items, capture enemy castles, and improve your own. Then there are turn-based battles, where you move those dragons and ogres, casting spells from the back with the hero.

Anyone wanting to jump straight into the first quest of the expansion when it launches will need to complete the "Before the Dawn" that's being introduced today.

Mortal Kombat X Added Tremor Due to Fan Demand

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has revealed Tremor was added to the roster of the latest instalment in the series following fan demand.

Speaking to Gamespot, Boon, explained that while most of the time fans want so many conflicting things it's impossible to please everyone, the unified demand for Tremor to come back led to his inclusion.

"Character roster stuff has been a big one," he said. "There's a really big push for the obscure character we have, Tremor, which I got so many tweets from players wanting that character. It actually stood out to me as odd, but there was this swell of people pushing for it with petitions online and all of this crazy stuff, so we included him, and a big reason was because of fans yelling loud enough."

Mortal Kombat X Will Let You Sample DLC Characters

You'll be able to try downloadable Mortal Kombat characters in special Towers without purchasing them, according to series director Ed Boon.

Boon told AngryJoe that one of the special Tower types would give players a chance to sample DLC characters, as long as they log in and try the fighter during the event's duration. As an example, he cited Jason Vorhees, who was recently announced as a playable character.

"Every day when you come on, there's going to be three Towers in the Living Towers section. One changes every hour, one changes every day, and one is called a Premiere Tower, which is like an event tower. So for instance, if Jason comes along, we're going to have a Jason Tower, where you play as Jason and fight up in it--and you can even use that tower if you didn't even purchase Jason. So it's really cool, it gives players a taste of what the character is like to play."

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon Officially Coming to PlayStation

Bioware has revealed that Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon will soon be making its way to other platforms.

According to the game's official Twitter account, the DLC will be coming to Playstation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 sometime in May.

Jaws of Hakkon was released as a timed-exclusive for Xbox One and PC last week. Due to the exclusivity contract, Bioware was previously unable to comment on when it would be coming to platforms.

ESL Announces Mortal Kombat X Pro League

The Electronics Sports League has announced the formation of a Mortal Kombat X pro league. Sign ups for preseason qualifying cups begin April 19, a mere 5 days after the game releases.

Regular season play for the Mortal Kombat X pro league begins May 3, with $1000 USD weekly prizes given out. Each of the three regions, North America, Europe, and the Commonwealth of Independent States that make up much of the Eurasian continent, will have 8 cups up for grabs.

Global finals will take place in Burbank, CA, with a prize pool of "at least $50,000." Competitors in the North American and European regions will be fighting on the Xbox One version of Mortal Kombat X while the CIS region will be Kombatting on PC. Dates for the finals, along with the full prize pool amount, have yet to be determined.

Free DLC Cars Will Be Added to Project CARS Each Month

Slightly Mad Studios has confirmed that players of its upcoming crowdfunded racing sim Project CARS will receive a series of free DLC vehicles in the months following the game’s release.

The first cab off the rank, so to speak, is one of the most exclusive and expensive cars ever made – the W Motors Lykan Hypersport.

“We are immensely pleased to have this awesome machine in the game and to give fans the chance to get behind the wheel of a truly amazing vehicle,” said creative director Andy Tudor on the Project CARS website. “The Lykan Hypersport represents the first of a series of free cars we’ll be giving away every month as a thank you to our fans for being so patient for the launch of the game. Chronicling the Konami vs. Kojima Controversy

The past several days have been rife with rumors, reports, joint statements, and cancelations all centered around Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima's current standing with Konami.

There's a lot to process and sort through here, so we've provided a simplified rundown on all the major developments surrounding all the Kojima-related drama.

The controversy first began when Hideo Kojima's name and the Kojima Productions logo were being pulled off of Konami's website and related marketing material. In response, Konami released a statement to IGN, confirming the rebranding of Kojima Productions to Konami Digital Entertainment and a studio-wide restructuring.

Easy Fatalities Coming to Mortal Kombat X

NetherRealm Studios revealed today that Easy Fatalities will be a part of the upcoming Mortal Kombat X.

Tyler Lansdown, community specialist for NetherRealm, confirmed the addition of the easy fatalities during a Mortal Kombat X livestream.

"A couple eagle-eyed viewers have noticed a symbol with a skull on it" on screens of the game, Lansdown said. "People figured out that's 'Easy Fatalities.'"

Lansdown said that the MKX team has learned that there are some people who just can't pull of fatalities, whether it be they "just can't figure out the timing," or they get too freaked out and crumble under the pressure.

"When the game launches," Lansdown said, players will have access to "maybe 3" easy fatalities Day-One. But he added that there will be places in the game where more can be unlocked.

Goro Will Be Coming to Mortal Kombat X as DLC

During today's Mortal Kombat X livestream, NetherRealm revealed that gamers will be able to add Goro to their roster of fighters even if they didn't pre-order the game.

However, there's a catch. Whereas Goro is a free pre-order bonus, to pick him up later down the road it will cost you. Answering questions from fans during the stream, the NetherRealms team confirmed that everyone will eventually have access to Goro, but "he's free if you pre-order... not so free if you don't."

The addition of Goro as a pre-order bonus was announced back in September when Mortal Kombat X's April 14 release date was revealed. The four-armed brawler made his debut in the first Mortal Kombat as Shang-Tsung's sub-boss. Strangely, his first appearance as a playable character was on the Game Boy port of Mortal Kombat.

Play an HD Super Mario 64 Level in Your Browser

Built as a demonstration project for Unity, computer science student Erik Roystan Ross has re-created the Bob-Omb Battlefield level from Super Mario 64.

It's been re-tooled in a variety of ways, including updated graphics and swapping out items such as red coins and the Wing Cap for coin blocks and springs. You can play it in-browser or download it to your desktop through his blog.

Ross does not plan to pursue this project further and encourages people to use it as they like so long as it is not for profit.

The studio revealed the news during today's live Twitch stream. In order to get the skin, you must be a member of the WB Play customer rewards service.

Developers Can Get Valve's VR Headset for Free

Valve recently entered the heated virtual reality space with its Vive headset, made in cooperation with HTC. But as reported by Ars Technica, Valve is taking a different approach with development kits than competitor Oculus VR: they're giving them away for free.

Valve's Doug Lombardi says the company has already provided Vive VR headsets to a few developers, including Surgeon Simulator creators Bossa Studios and The Room developer Fireproof Games.

"More info and sign up forms will be available to all interested developers, big or small, via a new site coming soon," said Lombardi. Apparently, the sign-up site could be live as early as next week.

Nvidia Reportedly Set to Release GeForce GTX 980 Ti

While you should take any rumor with a strong dose of skepticism, there's some evidence Nvidia is hard at work on a new, potentially lower cost GM200 GPU core card. As reported by TechSpot, there's indications the card could be announced this summer.

If the rumors are true, the card could be dubbed the GeForce GTX 980 Ti, although there's some indication Nvidia could use the name GTX 990 in an effort to completely differentiate this card from the smaller GTX 980.

Atari Launches Asteroids: Outpost Today on Early Access

Asteroids: Outpost, Atari's reimagining of its classic arcade game, is now available on Steam Early Access.

For a limited time, Asteroids: Outpost will cost $19.79 USD, to commemorate the 1979 launch of the original Asteroids. When this offer expires, it will return to its regular price of $30 USD.

Asteroids: Outpost is described as an open-world, multiplayer survival game. You'll be placed on the Asteroid Belt, where you'll be able to mine materials, craft tools and weapons, build and defend a base, and attack bases belonging to others. While it clearly differs from the original, Outpost will pay homage to Asteroids through asteroid destruction animations and outer space themes.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse's third downloadable content pack will include a number of extras for fans of the series, not the least of which includes the addition of Golden Frieza.

According to Shonen Gamez, not only will the villain's new final form be thrown into the mix; this third DLC pack also includes new Super and Ultimate attacks, as well as new Parallel Quests and Masters.

Golden Frieza is making his debut in the upcoming DBZ movie Revival of F. The film is scheduled to release across theaters in Japan on April 18.
